We are currently seeking an IT Program Manager - Hybrid to join our team in Plano, Franklin, TN, United States.

NTT DATA's client is currently seeking a Senior Principal Program Manager to lead planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs. Develop and maintain program plans, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Ensure program activities align with organizational strategy, business objectives, and expected outcomes. Define, track, measure, and report program benefits, KPIs, and value realization. Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations across multiple projects. Monitor program budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and overall financial performance. Oversee project schedules, milestones, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Coordinate activities across internal teams, vendors, consultants, and implementation partners. Prepare and deliver executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and steering committee materials. Build strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate executive decision-making when required. Support project managers and teams in resolving program-related challenges. Maintain program documentation, including status reports, financials, risks, issues, action items, and lessons learned. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of project and program management experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in a leadership role managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in program planning, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing program budgets, forecasts, and business financials.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies, tools, and software.
• Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Travel: As required
• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Nice to Have: (But not a must)
• Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification.
• Experience working with vendors, implementation partners, and consulting organizations.
• Experience supporting executive steering committees and benefits realization management.
