ASSEMBLY OPERATOR

Start building your manufacturing skills in an assembly role with training provided and no previous experience required!


WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE

  • Training Provided: Learn assembly and packaging processes with guidance from the department lead.

  • Day Shift: Work Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

  • Entry-Level Opportunity: Get started in manufacturing without previous experience.

LOCATION: Tualatin, OR

SALARY: $19.00 per hour

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.

  • Follow work orders and assembly instructions to meet production schedules.

  • Inspect products and report defects, material concerns, or equipment problems.

  • Package finished products, verify quantities, and apply the correct labels.

  • Keep the work area clean, follow safety procedures, and assist with laser equipment under close supervision as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • No previous experience required.

  • Ability to read work orders and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

  • Basic computer skills to print labels.

  • Ability to perform repetitive assembly and packaging tasks.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work takes place in a manufacturing environment and involves repetitive handling of small parts. Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds, with frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
