Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to lead model design, development, and training across multiple forecasting and predictive analytics use cases. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in machine learning model architecture, statistical modeling, and demand forecasting, along with the ability to mentor team members and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in software development, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
• Hands-on experience with time-series forecasting techniques and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with DeepAR, XGBoost, and Chronos-2 for demand forecasting.
• Knowledge of Weibull survival analysis and failure prediction modeling.
• Experience developing forecasting models for BOM/configuration mix and product demand lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of model architecture, training, validation, and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
