About the Role
We are seeking an Entry Level Business Marketing Representative to join our team in Brookhaven, GA. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity designed for individuals who want to develop hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, sales, and business development.
In this role, you’ll support client-facing marketing initiatives while working closely with our sales and consulting teams. You’ll gain practical experience communicating with customers, understanding market needs, representing client brands, and contributing to strategies that support business growth.


What You’ll Do

• Support the development and execution of client marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and personable manner.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and market insights.
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to align marketing activities with client objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on product knowledge, marketing strategies, customer engagement, and sales techniques.
• Help coordinate promotional activities and client outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and marketing activities.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve outreach strategies and the overall customer experience.
• Represent ABC Consulting Group and our clients with professionalism and integrity.

• Proficiency with basic office tools, including email, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Familiarity with marketing, CRM, or customer-management tools is a plus.
• Interest in business, marketing, sales, communications, or a related field.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Coursework, internships, volunteer experience, or previous employment in marketing, sales, customer service, or business is a plus.
