- Full-time
Looking for a practice where you can build lasting client relationships, grow your clinical confidence, and feel supported in your day-to-day work?
This full-time small-animal opportunity may be worth exploring if you enjoy general practice and want to help pets through every stage of life. Whether you’re an experienced veterinarian looking for a new setting or an earlier-career doctor seeking guidance as you develop, this role offers a combination of routine medicine, client communication, and professional growth.
What You'll Find Here
A meaningful financial incentive: Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000, plus retention incentives totaling up to $25,000 over three years.
Support as you develop: A structured mentorship option is available for veterinarians earlier in their careers.
Production earning potential: Compensation includes production opportunities without negative accrual.
Long-term client relationships: Build familiarity with patients and their families rather than focusing only on individual visits.
A broad general-practice foundation: Continue developing your skills across preventive care, diagnostics, and routine procedures.
Benefits that extend beyond work: Eligible team members have access to health coverage, retirement benefits, and additional wellbeing resources.
What You’ll Be Doing
The clinical focus is companion-animal general practice. Your work may include wellness examinations, vaccinations, preventive care, puppy and kitten visits, senior-pet needs, in-house diagnostic testing, and routine procedures such as spays, neuters, and mass removals.
This role may suit a veterinarian who enjoys balancing medical decision-making with clear communication and helping clients understand their pets’ care options.
Who Might Love This
Consider this opportunity if you value continuity of care, enjoy getting to know clients over time, and want to be part of a team-based clinical environment. Newer veterinarians may appreciate the mentorship structure, while experienced doctors may welcome a fresh setting for practicing general medicine.
