Before most orders hit the road, you’ve already checked system queues, walked key aisles, and confirmed cycle counts. A truck backs in—you inspect and count the freight, scan it into the warehouse management system, and stage items for stocking. Minutes later, you’re assembling customer orders, palletizing, and moving them to pack-out. Between tasks, you coach teammates on processes and help troubleshoot inventory variances—always with safety and speed in mind.
