Junior Sous Chef

Fallow Kin is seeking for a strong line cook who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

We are looking for someone to help develop younger cooks, run their station, keep track of inventory on their station, and bridge the gap between upper management and line cooks. The ideal candidate would have strong organizational skills and look towards accolades at the highest levels.

We make as much as we can in house with a focus on preservation and sustainability. Breads, pastas, pastries, pickling, preserving, etc are done by our team and we are just getting started. 3 years of experience in from scratch kitchens and formal culinary education is a plus.
