- Full-time
Ready to lead a veterinary team while staying connected to the medicine that made you love this profession?
This opportunity could be a strong next step if you're an experienced small animal veterinarian who wants more influence over clinical standards, team development, and the future direction of a practice—without taking on overnight emergency responsibilities. You'll step into an established setting with an existing client base and the opportunity to build on what's already working while bringing your own ideas to the table.
What You'll Find Here
- Leadership with room to make an impact: Help guide medical decisions, support team development, and influence how the practice evolves.
- Autonomy in your medicine: Exercise professional judgment and explore improvements that benefit patients, clients, and colleagues.
- A team to lead, not build from scratch: Work with an established support team and foster a positive, collaborative working environment.
- Stay hands-on clinically: Continue practicing small animal medicine while taking on broader leadership responsibilities.
- A more manageable schedule: Flexible scheduling and no on-call or after-hours emergency duties.
- Support as you grow: Veterinary leadership experience is valued, but experienced clinicians ready for their first formal leadership role are also encouraged to explore the opportunity.
