Location: Des Moines, IA
Position Overview
Our client, an established steel erection contractor, is looking for a Safety Coordinator to join their team in the Des Moines, IA area. This is a permanent, full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Run the site safety program and inspections
- Lead safety training and toolbox talks
- Investigate incidents and track corrective actions
- Keep work in line with OSHA requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of construction safety experience
- OSHA 30 required; CHST/CSP a plus
- Strong communication with field crews
Compensation
- Base salary: $80,000 - $110,000
- Strong benefits package
