Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
Welcome customers and respond to questions about our services.
Help customers understand windshield repair, glass replacement, hail damage, and window tinting options.
Assist with appointment scheduling and customer follow-up.
Communicate with customers by phone and through other approved communication channels.
Help organize customer information and service requests.
Learn how to explain service options, pricing, and insurance-related processes accurately.
Identify opportunities to recommend relevant services based on customer needs.
Work with the team to deliver a helpful, professional customer experience.
Qualifications:
