Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications according to project specifications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high‑quality solutions on schedule.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and bugs in existing systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Ensure software security, performance, and scalability requirements are met.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in the industry (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, Go).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Experience & Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Prior work on large‑scale, mission‑critical applications.
• Any relevant certifications or additional training in software engineering.
