Construction Controller | Columbia, MO | $150K-$200K+ & Bonus

Why this role?
This is a chance to run the full finance function for a growing construction company, reporting to the CEO. Compensation is $150,000-$200,000+ with up to a 30% bonus.
What will you own?
- Job costing, WIP schedules, and revenue recognition
- Budgeting, cash flow, billing, and accounts receivable
- Equipment costing, KPI reporting, and audits
- Leadership of the accounting team
Who are we looking for?
- 7+ years of accounting or finance experience, with 3+ in a management role
- A CPA, MCA, or CCIFP (required) plus a degree in accounting or finance
- Construction accounting background; Viewpoint Vista experience is a plus
Where?
On-site in Columbia, MO. Candidates in Lee's Summit must be willing to relocate to Columbia, MO; relocation is required.
