Position: Forklift Operator

City: Phoenix, AZ

Range of Pay: $ 19-21

Shift: 3rd shift

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Forklift Operator to safely move, load, unload, and organize pallets of energy drinks and other beverage products throughout the warehouse.

The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to move pallets of beverage and liquid products

• Load and unload trucks using a forklift

• Transport and stage products throughout the warehouse

• Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas

• Safely handle heavy pallets and cases of beverage products

• Inspect pallets and products for damage before moving or loading

• Follow proper warehouse procedures for product movement and storage

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all OSHA, company, and warehouse safety procedures

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience- required

• Current forklift certification - required

• 21 years and old - required

• Warehouse, distribution, or beverage industry experience preferred

• Ability to safely operate a forklift while handling heavy palletized products

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
