Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk
$22–$26 per hour | Long-Term Temporary | Manufacturing Experience Preferred

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk for a long-term temporary opportunity with an established company in the manufacturing industry.

This role is ideal for someone with a couple of years of accounting experience who enjoys data entry, staying organized, and supporting daily accounting operations. The right candidate is dependable, uses good judgment, asks questions, and is eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry.
  
• 
  Enter, review, and maintain accurate financial information.
  
• 
  Assist with processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions.
  
• 
  Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
  
• 
  Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
  
• 
  Communicate with the team to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing information.
  
• 
  Help maintain accurate records during the company's transition to a new accounting system.
  

Qualifications

• 
  2+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting.
  
• 
  QuickBooks Online experience required.
  
• 
  Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
  
• 
  Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  
• 
  Comfortable working with numbers, financial records, and accounting systems.
  
• 
  Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  
• 
  Willingness to ask questions, learn new processes, and take initiative.
  
• 
  Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
  

Opportunity Details
