Key Responsibilities
Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair security systems, automation equipment, and CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to clients, helping them feel safe and secure in their environments.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in electronics or security system installation and maintenance, particularly with 2GIG and Qolsys systems.
Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
Professionalism: Commitment to professional growth and maintaining high personal integrity.
Licensing: Valid driver's license and Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Private Security Bureau (PSB) license required.
Mobility: Willingness to travel locally as needed.
