Role: Software Development Engineer
Location: Hartford CT or Wellesley MA (Hybrid Tue, Wed, Thu in office)
Job Description:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, including strong experience in developer-led test infrastructure work.
- Strong programming skills in TypeScript and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of software design, debugging, APIs, and maintainable code practices.
- Experience supporting quality across full-stack systems including APIs and backend services.
- Experience with Design, Build and Maintenance of applications and custom testing frameworks for conversational, generative, and agentic AI applications.
- Experience designing and implementing Automation strategies and reusable patterns.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
