Marketing Services Manager

Position Details
Full-time remote position
Reports directly to the CEO
Base salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually, plus eligible benefits and a quarterly bonus opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Revamp and restructure an existing marketing department and team to improve service delivery, team performance, and client results.
Develop and lead a team of marketing specialists to provide marketing services to our clients.
Provide marketing services that complement Equivity’s existing paralegal, lead intake, billing, and answering services.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, internal Marketing, and other departments to grow the marketing services business, improve operational efficiency, and drive profitability.
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience marketing for a law firm or working at a marketing agency specializing in law firms.
Experience collaborating with attorneys, law-firm owners, intake teams, and sales or business-development teams.
Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue for law firms through marketing efforts.
Hands-on experience personally creating, launching, managing, and optimizing lead-generation campaigns for attorneys.
Experience managing client relationships and employees.
College degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working remotely.
Experience using marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, CallRail, HubSpot, Lawmatics, Clio Grow, or comparable systems.
