UKG Configurator

Hybrid role- Warren, MI

Job Description:

• Payroll and timekeeping from a payroll perspective
• Roll out of the UGK Pro application which is their new timekeeping system
• Interacting with other configurators and developers on the team
• Team size is approx. 8 people

Typical Day in the Role

• Meeting twice a week
• Pick up where you left off from the day before
• Assigned different user stories that they will be in charge of testing and configurating
• Login to Jira (ticket system/user stories) go through these and configure the lower environment based on what is in the user story, review it, look at it as a team

Skills & Education

Education Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• UKG must have 3-5 years of experience (Ultimate Kronos Group)
• Product is UKG Pro WFM (work force management)
• Configure the system according to the user stories
• Strong analytic skills be able to think through things
