Paradise Chevrolet in beautiful Ventura, California, is searching for an experienced, results-driven Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager who knows how to produce, close deals, maximize profitability, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

As our Automotive F&I Manager, you'll be responsible for driving F&I profitability while protecting the dealership and providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Structure and finalize automotive finance and lease transactions.
  

• Maximize PVR, product penetration, and overall F&I profitability.
  

• Present and sell vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and other F&I protection products.
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
  

• Work effectively with prime and subprime financing.
  

• Secure competitive financing approvals and manage challenging credit situations.
  

• Partner with Sales Managers to structure deals and maintain efficient deal flow.
  

• Ensure contracts are accurate, properly executed, and funded promptly.
  

• Monitor production, product penetration, funding, and CSI performance.
  

• Maintain strict compliance with federal and California automotive finance regulations.
  

• Deliver a professional, transparent, customer-focused experience.
  

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP F&I MANAGER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

We're looking for proven professionals who bring:

• A successful track record as an Automotive F&I Manager.
  

• Demonstrated F&I production and profitability.
  

• Strong knowledge of automotive finance, leasing, and lender programs.
  

• Experience handling prime and subprime credit.
  

• Proven ability to increase PVR and F&I product penetration.
  

• Exceptional closing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  

• Strong lender relationships and deal-structuring abilities.
  

• Knowledge of automotive finance compliance requirements.
  

• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  

• The confidence and discipline to perform in a fast-paced dealership environment.
