Drivers (DOT- PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED)

Position Summary

In this position you will be responsible for transporting personnel, commercial and personal property from homes and businesses that have been affected by flood, fire, or other disaster related damage to our facility for restoration and/or storage.

Essential Functions:

• Provide safe transportation of personnel and/or contents
• Assist with loading and unloading of contents, equipment etc. with use of Pallet Jack
• Assist with cleaning and restoration work as may be assigned
• Maintain an image of professionalism that includes personal appearance and that of all equipment including company vehicles
• Complete any necessary paperwork accurately and on time

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

• Valid DL (DOT preferred but not required, must be able to pass DOT physical)
• Due to insurance policy requirements - Must be 21 or older to drive company trucks
• 2+ years of experience as a professional driver
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional attitude and demeanor
• We are a 24/7 operation - Ability to participate in on-call after hours rotation may be necessary
• Ability to assist with loading and unloading
• Submit to a criminal background check and drug screening
