Project/Program Manager/Coordinator

Position Overview
The Project Coordinator partners with technical leads to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. This client-facing role supports internal business partners and calls for someone who thinks analytically, stays composed under tight deadlines, and works effectively with a wide range of personalities. This is an onsite position in an office environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and facilitate project meetings, drive action items to completion, and gather task updates from team members.
• Build and maintain project plans in Microsoft Project.
• Analyze the impact of plan changes, including week-over-week variances and critical path analysis.
• Break down complex information into smaller, understandable, and actionable pieces of work.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field Associate’s degree will also be considered
• 2–4 years of professional experience
• Recent, hands-on Microsoft Project experience – candidates will be asked to demonstrate proficiency.
• Strong written communication skills.
• PMI or PMP certification is preferred.

Expected Compensation: $70,000 - 82,000 per annum
