We are seeking an experienced Information Security Leader to oversee cybersecurity operations, manage security risks, and support enterprise security initiatives. This role will focus on protecting critical systems, strengthening security controls, and ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily information security operations and initiatives.
• Lead threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management activities.
• Manage security controls across enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Identify security risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Support regulatory compliance, security assessments, and internal audits.
• Evaluate security technologies, tools, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to strengthen security practices.
• Lead security personnel, manage vendors, and support strategic security initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of information security or cybersecurity experience.
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, incident response, risk management, and industry security standards.
• Experience managing enterprise security technologies and infrastructure.
• Relevant industry certifications preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
