Pay: Wellness Consultants earn $10.00-$15.00+ per hour on average (base pay + up to 12% commission). Top performers can earn even more.

What You’ll Do
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner
- Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning
- Deliver the kind of customer service that keeps clients coming back
- Keep the salon clean, organized, and meeting health department standards
- Handle cash, opening and closing duties, and customer card data securely (PCI security training included)
- Track your goals and complete daily paperwork
- Support your Store Manager and team on promotions and store goals
- Follow all company and legal requirements
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic computer and POS skills
- A consistent work schedule and punctuality
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to be on your feet 7+ hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs
Your Schedule
Our salons are open seven days a week. We build schedules with flexibility in mind, but you should expect to work some nights, weekends, and holidays. Occasional local travel may be needed for meetings, training, or supporting other salon locations.
