Construction Estimator/Salesperson - Entry Level

Responsibilities
Assist with preparing project estimates and customer proposals
Visit job sites to gather measurements and project information
Meet with customers to understand project requirements
Help develop and submit bids for paving and concrete projects
Follow up on proposals and support the sales process
Coordinate with operations and field teams regarding project scope and expectations
Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
Track leads, opportunities, and project activity
Learn industry pricing, materials, and estimating practices
Qualifications
1-5 years of professional experience
Recent graduates encouraged to apply
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable interacting with customers in person and over the phone
Detail-oriented with good math and organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to read construction plans is a plus, but not required
Construction, project coordination, landscaping, engineering, surveying, architectural, sales, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
