Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 8+ years of professional experience in the AEC/EPC/Construction/Consulting industry. 2+ years of experience managing diverse groups and 20+ employees.

An Engineering Consulting client in TX is looking for a Leader to join their Round Rock office. This individual will be responsible for the growth of the office, managing 30-40 employees (4-8 Direct Reports), and 4 service lines across Materials, Geotechnical, Environmental, and Facilities Consulting. The ideal candidate is well versed in the AEC industry, has a leadership-forward mindset, and has a passion for managing and developing junior staff. This role has immense growth potential and the ability to assist in growing one of the largest firms in the industry.
