Financial Analyst

This role analyzes and monitors labor costs, productivity, caseloads, overtime, and other workforce metrics while supporting the organization's financial, clinical, and quality operations through reporting, data analysis, and presentations. The position identifies process improvements, helps resolve operational issues, coordinates organizational projects and systems, stays current on healthcare and CMS regulations, and collaborates closely with clinical, finance, HR, patient accounting, and IT teams.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• 3 years in a healthcare financial analysis environment with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, assemble data, and resolve operational issues
• Skilled in Excel & PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Physician and Advanced Practitioner Compensation experience.
• Experience supporting provider incentive pay programs.

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Shift / Hours Per Week: 8 hours (7:30 - 4:00, 8:00 - 4:30 or 8:30 - 5:00)
