Lot Coordinator

We're hiring a dependable Lot Coordinator to assist with daily vehicle lot operations. This position combines hands-on outdoor work with basic administrative tasks, making it a great fit for someone who likes variety in their workday.

What You'll Do

• Inspect, photograph, and document vehicles.
• Inventory personal belongings and maintain accurate records.
• Complete paperwork, data entry, and database updates.
• Keep the lot organized and assist with basic automotive tasks.
• Help customers retrieve personal belongings professionally.

What We're Looking For

• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lift approximately 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Automotive, mechanic, warehouse, detailing, or inventory experience is a plus. We're willing to train the right person!
