Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Identify interest in insurance quotes and connect leads with the sales team.

Schedule appointments and follow up with leads.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.

Work toward established calling and appointment goals.

Requirement

Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.

Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection.

Organized, dependable, and motivated to meet goals.

Basic computer and data entry skills.

Previous telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience is a plus.
