Data Analyst - IT Supply Chain Analytics

Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical professional to support planning, forecasting, and reporting across Workplace Technology programs.

Responsibilities:

• Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and product lifecycle management.
• Analyze purchasing trends, inventory levels, supplier performance, and costs.
• Build dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track key metrics.
• Identify opportunities to optimize spending, processes, and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and planning.
• Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to improve forecasting and analytics.

Requirements:

• 36 years of experience in business analytics, demand planning, procurement, supply chain, or operations.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• 3+ years of Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar reporting tools.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with Workplace Technology, IT hardware, EUC, or technology procurement.
• SAP, Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to forecasting automation or AI-enabled analytics.
