Job Description:
As a Senior iOS Developer, you will design, develop, and support high-quality native iOS applications while delivering exceptional user experiences across mobile devices. This role requires deep expertise in Swift, modern iOS frameworks, application architecture, testing, performance optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain native iOS applications using modern development practices.
• Create intuitive, high-performance user experiences for iPhone and iPad applications.
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop and execute unit tests and automated UI tests to ensure application quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and memory-related problems.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to define and implement solutions.
• Support CI/CD processes, deployment automation, and release activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Mentor junior developers and promote mobile engineering best practices.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• 6+ years of hands-on native iOS development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Swift and modern iOS application development.
• Strong experience with SwiftUI, UIKit, and Combine frameworks.
• Experience developing unit tests and automated UI tests using XCTest.
• Hands-on experience integrating mobile applications with REST APIs and web services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and debugging deployment issues.
• Strong understanding of SOLID design principles, software architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience performing code reviews, mentoring developers, and leading technical initiatives.
• Experience optimizing application performance, memory utilization, accessibility, and user experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills; experience with reactive architectures, TDD/BDD methodologies, and design systems is highly desirable.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
