Job Description:
As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will lead the design, development, integration, and support of enterprise CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires strong technical leadership, expertise in Salesforce development and integrations, and the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support enterprise Salesforce CRM solutions and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and guidance on Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, developers, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Design and implement secure integrations with backend systems using industry-standard patterns.
• Participate in solution sizing, estimation, risk assessment, and design reviews.
• Develop and enhance Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and configuration tools.
• Perform impact analysis and recommend platform and process improvements.
• Implement solutions that align with security, compliance, and performance requirements.
• Support automated build, deployment, and release management processes.
• Participate in production support and on-call activities to maintain system availability.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• 5 7 years of hands-on Salesforce design, development, and implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce development projects in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in Salesforce Configuration, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Batch Apex, and Lightning development.
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns.
• Knowledge of enterprise security mechanisms, authentication, and secure application development practices.
• Experience with automated build, deployment, CI/CD processes, and release management.
• Strong understanding of Java/J2EE technologies, distributed systems, SQL, and Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to mentor developers, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and production support skills.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $70.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
