Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Remote and/or Hybrid

Kids Club ABA | Missouri | $80,000–$105,000 Potential Annual Salary

Help Us Grow Something Amazing in Missouri!

Kids Club ABA is expanding into Missouri, and we’re excited to bring our family-centered approach to in-home ABA services to a new community!

We’re looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to do more than manage a caseload. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization, build meaningful relationships with families, and help establish Kids Club ABA’s presence in Missouri.

At Kids Club ABA, we believe great ABA starts with great people. We’re committed to providing individualized, high-quality care in the home environment while creating an environment where clinicians feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.

Looking for flexibility? We’re open to remote and/or hybrid work arrangements for the right BCBA residing in Missouri, depending on experience, location, and clinical needs. Because we provide in-home services, some in-person assessments, supervision, and family collaboration will be required based on client needs.

With educational partnerships across three universities, we’re also committed to professional development and supporting the next generation of ABA professionals.

If you’re looking for a role where your expertise matters, your professional growth is encouraged, and your work makes a meaningful impact, we’d love to meet you!

What You'll Do

As a BCBA at Kids Club ABA, you’ll play an important role in delivering individualized in-home ABA services and supporting the children, families, and team members who make meaningful progress possible.

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and use clinical data to guide treatment decisions.

  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

  • Partner with parents and caregivers through training, collaboration, and practical strategies that support progress in the home and everyday environments.

  • Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed.

  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and team members to promote consistent, high-quality care.

  • Complete in-person assessments, observations, and clinical supervision as required.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet applicable payer and regulatory requirements.

  • Build positive relationships with families and help them navigate their child’s treatment journey.

  • Contribute to the growth of Kids Club ABA as we expand our in-home services throughout Missouri.

Here's what we offer:

  • $80,000–$105,000 potential annual salary for full-time salaried positions, based on qualifications, experience, and position requirements.

  • Flexible compensation and employment opportunities as you establish and grow your caseload.

  • Remote and/or hybrid work arrangements considered for the right Missouri-based candidate.

  • PTO accrual starting on day one for all employees.

  • Health insurance and a benefits package for eligible full-time employees working 30+ hours per week.

  • At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA.

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavioral assessments, treatment planning, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience supervising and supporting RBTs.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a clinical team.
