As an Entry Level Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging them face-to-face to identify opportunities for our premier roofing services. Your primary mission is to generate qualified appointments for our expert sales closers, playing a vital role in our top-of-funnel strategy. Your Day-to-Day:

• Engage directly with homeowners in their communities, initiating conversations about their roofing needs.
• Masterfully read customer cues and build immediate rapport to establish trust and credibility.
• Effectively communicate the value and benefits of True Blue Roofing's services.
• Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding their needs and interest level.
• Schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team, ensuring a smooth handover.
• Maintain a self-driven daily activity schedule, consistently seeking out new opportunities.
• Demonstrate resilience and a positive attitude when faced with rejection, viewing each interaction as a learning experience.
• Travel within assigned territories to maximize outreach and engagement.
