Special Education Teacher

Position Overview A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy and educational services is seeking Full-Time Special Education Teachers for in-person, school-based positions in Antioch, California.

• Antioch, CA Job Type: Full-Time Work Setting: In-person, school-based Schedule: Approximately 7–7.5 hours per day, typically 7:45 AM–3:00 PM Compensation: $57–$77 per hour, commensurate with experience Sign-On Bonus: Available Responsibilities Teach and support students with diverse learning needs in a classroom setting Develop, adapt, and implement engaging, curriculum-aligned lesson plans Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff Document and communicate student progress, grades, and evaluations Support students in achieving their educational goals Collaborate with school staff to maintain a positive and effective learning environment Qualifications Active California Special Education Teacher (SPED) certification Previous teaching or special education experience Strong classroom management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff Compensation & Benefits $57–$77 per hour, commensurate with experience Lucrative sign-on bonus Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Full-Time, school-based position Collaborative classroom environment and professional support About the Employer A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy and educational services is committed to helping students achieve their educational goals through individualized support.
