Key Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and accurately record vital signs, intake and output, and report any changes in patient condition to licensed nursing staff. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients. Assist with toileting and incontinence care. Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner. Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests. Required Qualifications Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of New York.
