Pay: $28-30 / Hourly
Schedule: 6 days per week, Monday–Saturday

Job Description

Advantage Business Services is seeking a dependable, organized Supervisor to oversee daily operations and supervise approximately 10–15 employees, primarily at off-site locations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage employees, coordinate deliveries, maintain safety standards, and support customer service operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support 10–15 employees across multiple locations.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training on safety, company policies, recycling regulations, and customer service.
• Assist with hiring, terminations, employee discipline, written warnings, and follow-up.
• Handle HR paperwork and help ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Supervise drivers and verify delivery quantities, material quality, and safety procedures.
• Assist employees with receipts, cashiering, office tasks, and customer service during busy periods.
• Oversee the maintenance, safety, and security of warehouses, storage areas, equipment, and trucks.
• Schedule trucks, coordinate outgoing shipments, and prepare shipping reports.
• Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other business documents.
• Purchase supplies and coordinate payments to markets and vendors.
• Travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and maintain excellent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet use, preferred.

Schedule

• Generally six days per week.
• Monday–Friday: 8:15 AM–5:15 PM.
• Saturday: 8:15 AM–3:15 PM.
• A half-day off during the week may be available.
