We're Tanna Orthodontics & Dental Associates. Our patients are family, and our motto is "Live Life Smiling." We're looking for a warm, outgoing teammate who loves people and loves being part of the community.


What you'll do

• Help the Orthodontists, so every patient visit is smooth and on time
• Make patients and parents feel welcome and informed
• Keep our rooms clean and ready, following our sterilization protocols
• Post to our social channels and celebrate patient milestones (with written permission)
• Help run community events, like school and sports sponsorships
• Jump in at the front desk when the team needs backup

You'll be a great fit if you

• Get energy from being around people
• Are warm with kids, teens, and nervous parents
• Show up on time and stay calm when it's busy
• Enjoy social media and sharing our story
• Learn fast and take feedback well

Some Orthodontic experience is a bonus. Many of our best team members came from hospitality and retail.


Required

• Will need to obtain CPR/BLS, x-ray certificate, RDA or OA License
• Able to work some events outside office hours

Nice to have

• Dental or orthodontic experience
• Canva or photo editing
• Bilingual in English, Spanish and/or Mandarin
