• Physical Therapist – Concierge / Consultant (Hybrid Travel + Virtual) Full-time Denver, CO Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide concierge-style consults for employees at partner worksites through virtual visits and quarterly on-site travel.
• This role focuses on early intervention, first-aid–level evaluations, and clinical triage rather than traditional ongoing patient care.

Job Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of CO. Must reside or plan to reside within 1 hour of the Denver International Airport.
• Full-time, 40+ hours per week. 3+ years of experience Outpatient Orthopedics or Occupational Health experience is preferred.
• Strong independent clinical judgment and triage (red/yellow flag awareness) Comfortable engaging with employees at all levels, including leadership Willingness to travel and support multiple worksites OCS a plus Spanish-speaking is a plus Powered by JazzHR
