Field Supervisor (Permian)

The Field Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of Texas Specialty Sands wellsite operations.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency, productivity, and overall success.
The Field Supervisor will manage a team, implement process improvements, and collaborate with various departments to meet organizational goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the field operations team, providing guidance, coaching and support to ensure a high-performing, customer focused, motivated workforce.Process Improvement: Continuously assess, develop and implement efficient and effective operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize operational outcomes.Customer Service: Ensure that all equipment used and services meet or exceed quality standards and are delivered to customers on time.
Communicate with customers regarding the job before starting, during and after service is complete.
Logistics and Inventory: Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams on distribution and delivery processes, sand inventory and overall improving the flow of products and materials.Compliance: Ensure the company's operations are in full compliance with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.Reporting: Generate regular reports on operational performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), and present findings to senior management.
