  • Salesforce Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, preferably within a nonprofit fundraising environment, including donor record management, gift processing, reporting, dashboards, data cleanup, and database optimization. Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is highly preferred.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Advanced ability to develop Salesforce reports, dashboards, and donor segmentation analyses that translate complex data into meaningful insights for fundraising strategy and organizational decision-making.

  • Education: Degree from an accredited college or university required; Salesforce certification or formal training preferred.

How You Will Spend Your Day

  • Lead Donor Database Operations: Oversee the daily management and optimization of Salesforce, ensuring donor records, gifts, pledges, and fundraising activities are accurately maintained, tracked, and reported.
  • Supervise & Develop Your Team: Manage two Donor Gift Processors, providing training, guidance, performance oversight, and quality control to ensure accurate and efficient gift processing operations.
