Job Overview:

The Opportunity:

You will drive day-to-day onsite operations for a premier design and construction studio dedicated to architectural precision and craft. This role empowers you to take complete ownership of jobsite execution, trade coordination, and quality control on high-end residential projects. You will serve as the crucial field leader bridging architectural vision with real-time construction delivery.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Direct daily trade operations, subcontractor scheduling, and site logistics to maintain project momentum.
• Enforce strict jobsite safety, clean protocols, and hazard mitigation across all trades.
• Verify dimensions, rough openings, and installation tolerances before concealing structural or finish work.
• Maintain rolling three-week look-ahead schedules to coordinate labor, inspections, and long-lead deliveries.
• Review architectural, MEP, and structural plans to identify and resolve field conflicts early.
• Inspect incoming materials and owner-furnished fixtures to ensure complete accuracy and condition.
• Lead punch-list completion and space protection through final turnover to uphold company standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of residential construction experience with direct onsite subcontractor supervision.
• Strong working knowledge of major construction trades and high-end residential detailing.
• Proven ability to manage field operations, resolve coordination issues, and enforce site logistics.
• Proficiency with digital drawings, field reporting software, and scheduling tools.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and proactive problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Direct experience working alongside architectural design-build teams on complex custom homes.
• Deep familiarity with Los Angeles local building codes, inspection workflows, and agency approvals.
• Demonstrated history of tool, equipment, and material management on tight urban jobsites.
