Job Title: Meat Prep Room Worker


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cut, trim, portion, and package meat products, including beef, pork, goat, lamb, and poultry.
  
  
• Handle fresh and frozen meat products according to company standards.
  
  
• Weigh, label, and package products accurately for customer orders.
  
  
• Operate meat saws, knives, grinders, and other processing equipment safely.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
  
  
• Follow food safety regulations, HACCP procedures, and proper sanitation practices.
  
  
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and temperature during preparation.
  
  
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing meat products in coolers and freezers.
  
  
• Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
  
  
• Prepare and organize wholesale orders for delivery and distribution.
  
  
• Lift, move, and stack boxes of meat products while following workplace safety procedures.
  
  
• Clean and sanitize equipment, worktables, floors, and preparation areas.
  
  
• Work efficiently with team members to meet daily production goals.
  
  
• Follow supervisor instructions and maintain high standards of productivity and quality.
