Data Center Project Manager

A well-established general contractor is looking for a Data Center Project Manager to help deliver that work. What You'll Do

• Manage data center and mission-critical projects from preconstruction and procurement through commissioning and closeout
• Keep budgets, cost reports, forecasts and change orders accurate and current
• Build and track schedules, with a close eye on long-lead electrical and mechanical gear
• Coordinate with owners, designers and electrical, mechanical and controls trade partners
• Partner with superintendents to keep sites safe, productive and on schedule
• Support and mentor assistant project managers and project engineers

What You Bring

• Project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical projects (required)
• A working knowledge of critical power, cooling, MEP coordination and commissioning levels
• Strong cost control, scheduling and buyout skills
• A friendly, organized style that keeps owners and field teams aligned
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
