Position: Salesforce CRMA Developer with Tableau

Location: Remote

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree with experience in an industrial or academic setting working, or a related field
• Design, develop, and maintain CRM Analytics (CRMA/Tableau CRM) dashboards, lenses, datasets, and reports.
• Build and optimize Dataflows, Recipes, and Data Sync processes to support analytics and reporting requirements.
• Develop SAQL and SOQL queries for advanced reporting, custom calculations, dashboard filters, and drill-down analysis.
• Design and implement interactive dashboards with bindings, dynamic filters, parameters, and custom JSON configurations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce and external enterprise data sources to create unified reporting and analytics platforms.
• Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting solutions for business and leadership teams.
• Implement data modeling, data transformation, and data quality controls to ensure accurate reporting.
• Troubleshoot analytics issues, optimize dashboard performance, and provide production support.
• Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Create technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials. ,
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI coding assistants to improve development productivity and solution quality
