🔧 What You'll Do

• Meet the Field Supervisor onsite after the sale and walk every job
• Build material lists and job plans before a single tool comes out
• Pull permits and meet with inspectors — every job to code and to Calm Waters standards
• Coordinate subs and hold them to our quality bar
• Own the customer experience from sale to completion
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and on schedule
• Train and mentor installers into better plumbers and better people

✅ You're a Fit If You

• Have 4+ years of plumbing experience
• Are detail-obsessed and hit deadlines without cutting corners
• Know code and aren't afraid of an inspection
• Enjoy teaching as much as doing
