Bilingual Production Line Operator

A day in the life on our overnight production line

Step into a climate-controlled warehouse where quality and safety guide every move. In this entry-level role, you’ll receive hands-on training and learn proven methods to keep our products flowing from start to finish.

Pay: $19/hr - $23/hr

Schedule: Wednesday–Friday (Saturday can be mandatory)

Hours: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM

Shifts: 12-hour overnight

What you’ll do

• Keep production moving by supporting day-to-day manufacturing tasks on the line.
• Package, label, and stage finished products for shipment.
• Inspect items for quality and report any issues immediately.
• Place raw materials and finished goods onto conveyors and workstations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to all safety rules and production procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to hit targets.
• Take on additional general production duties as assigned.

• Reliable, consistent attendance.
• Ability to work the 12-hour overnight schedule listed above; Saturday may be required.
• Comfort working around strong scents (such as fruity or minty aromas).
• Willingness to wear all required PPE (apron, hairnet, mask, gloves, and more).
• Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.
• Strong attention to detail during repetitive tasks.
• Capability to stand throughout the shift and lift materials as needed.
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
