Piatek Customs & Logistics is a full-service third-part logistics provider offering U.S. trucking, customs and import services, and warehousing solution.

We are looking for a full-time, detail-oriented Entry Clerk to join our growing customs brokerage team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customs brokerage and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Pay & Benefits:

• $19-$23/hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Health insurance
• Additional benefits

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday
• In-office

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in customs brokerage required
• Experience preparing and processing U.S. customs entries
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Strong communication and customer service skills

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and file U.S. customs entries
• Review import and shipping documentation for accuracy
• Enter information into customs brokerage and government systems
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and government agencies
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical records
• Assist with daily import processing activities
