Position Overview:
A warm, compassionate, and experienced Live-in Caregiver is needed to support an elderly woman in a private home in Beverly Hills, CA. The household includes three family members: the elderly woman, her adult daughter, and a 17 year old—all kind, respectful individuals who are actively involved and supportive. The family also has a friendly small dog, and a team of housekeepers manage the cleaning and general household upkeep.
The family has strong support systems in place, which allow flexibility with the caregiver’s schedule. While they are ideally seeking a live-in arrangement, they are open to adjusting the schedule to accommodate the right candidate’s availability.
This is a long-term, stable opportunity for a caregiver who is professional, emotionally intuitive, and takes pride in providing dignified, attentive care in a warm, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and companionship to the elderly woman
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
Bathing, dressing, and grooming
Mobility support (walking, transferring, fall prevention)
Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks as needed
Manage and track medications; offer reminders
Light tidying in the client’s personal spaces
Drive and accompany client to appointments
Engage client in conversation, simple games, walks, or other enriching activities
Help maintain a peaceful, calm, and supportive atmosphere
Be comfortable around the family’s small dog, and assist with light pet-related tasks if needed

Emotionally grounded and experienced in eldercare

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of recent professional experience as a caregiver in a private home
Outstanding references from previous long-term clients or employers
U.S. Citizen (required)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Able to pass a full background check
CPR/First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)
Physically capable of assisting with mobility, transfers, or personal care
