SPIROL, Stow, OH is currently adding 2nd and 3rd shift full time positions in our finishing department. The qualified candidate will be trained to perform all finishing processes including washing (automatic and tumbling) and oiling. How to properly use and read inspection gauges and tools including micrometers, calipers, and check gauges. Properly read and understand blueprints including symbols, specifications, and dimensional limitations. How to process product in accordance with work instructions with extreme focus on details and customer requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to read and interpret drawings, prints and production routing.
• Ability to utilize and interpret inspection gauges and equipment.
• Ability to follow priorities, achieve goals and coordinate activities in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Must be reliable and willing to work overtime.
• Must not have sitting, lifting or bending restrictions. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass post-offer background check, drug test and physical.
