Assistant Manager/Front Desk Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish) - Winston-Salem, NC
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday (10:45 - 7:15) Sunday (12:45 - 6:15) with 1 hour lunch.
```Duties```
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage
- Collect and update patient medical records
- Assist with medical billing and coding
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a Med Spa, medical office or dental office
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as eClinicalWorks, Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix preferred
- Knowledge of medical scheduling and front desk operations
- Understanding of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
This person needs to be a leader and have great communication skills. This position will require marketing and promotion. We are looking for someone who can help with social media content. Someone who has no issues with helping us spread the word and bring in new customers
